We operate two complete dosing and mixing systems, constantly monitored to ensure continuity, traceability and consistent quality.

From raw-material selection to packaging, each stage is handled by trained personnel, dedicated equipment and full integration with our internal quality-control laboratory.

Types of Rubber Compounds Produced

NBR
Nitrile rubber

Ideal for industrial applications involving oils and fuels. Excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.

SBR
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber
Cost-effective and versatile, with good resistance to wear and ageing.
EPDM
Ethylene-Propylene Rubber
Excellent resistance to weathering, ozone and high temperatures.
NR
Natural Rubber
Excellent resistance to weathering, ozone and high temperatures.
CR
Neoprene Rubber
Good resistance to oils, ozone and weathering. An excellent balance between performance and durability.
HNBR
Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber
An advanced version of NBR offering improved resistance to heat and oxidation.
NBR+PVC
Nitrile Rubber + PVC
A compound combining excellent chemical resistance with enhanced flexibility.

The Production Process

Complete structure, controlled management.

Our production lines include:

  • Scales and silos for automatic raw material dosing
  • Banbury for closed mixing
  • Open mixer for finishing and special processing
  • Cutting machines for packaging into blocks, rolls, coils, or fluted sheets
  • Automatic coil packager

Each system undergoes scheduled weekly maintenance and regular updates by our specialized operators.

Every compound is tested internally

The internal laboratory
The production process is fully integrated with internal quality control. Each batch is tested in our laboratory according to ISO protocols before shipment.
