At the Goa Gomma internal laboratory, every compound is analyzed, tested and certified before delivery. A rigorous process that ensures consistency, performance and full compliance with the required technical parameters, to always provide reliable and traceable materials.

Verified reliability before delivery

The laboratory is a key element in Goa Gomma’s quality management system.

Every compound undergoes physical-mechanical testing according to documented, traceable procedures, using certified instruments operated by qualified personnel.

The goal is to ensure every batch meets requirements, delivers stable performance and is fully compatible with the customer’s production processes.

Laboratory equipment

The laboratory is equipped with regularly monitored instruments, subject to daily internal calibration and periodic checks by accredited S.I.T. bodies:

Quality system and non-conformity management

Goa Gomma operates under a UNI EN ISO 9001:2008–certified quality system.

All laboratory controls are integrated in the production workflow and support rapid detection and management of any non-conformity.

Non-compliant materials are isolated, recorded and processed according to a dedicated procedure, preventing defective products from reaching customers and ensuring consistent quality standards.
