Customized and specification-based rubber compounds

We produce standard and custom compounds, developed based on customer specifications, technical data sheets, or application needs. From raw material selection to packaging, every batch is fully tested and traced to guarantee long-term performance consistency.

Materials

We produce NBR, EPDM, SBR, CR, HNBR, NBR/PVC and natural rubber compounds, with sulfur or peroxide curing depending on the required performance.

Hardness Range

From 30 to 95 Shore A.
We cover a broad hardness range that meets diverse mechanical and application needs.

Packaging

Compounds are supplied in bales, rolls, coils, or festoon format, with customized size, weight, and packaging options. Special packaging is also available upon request.

Documentation

Each supply includes SDS, TDS and laboratory data certifying batch conformity and traceability. Clear supplies, verified data and proven quality.
